Hi All,
Due to preparations here at our home for my son's Grad Party, I will not be able to host the annual TCRC Building Contest out at the Jordan field next Saturday, May 30th, 2009. I have checked with several club members, but so far no one has been available to fill in for me. Would one of you be able to take over responsibility for hosting this event out at the club field next weekend? If not, we can still hold it at our original alternate date which would be the next monthly Tuesday evening club meeting on June 9th.
If you would like to do it, or even if you just have questions about what is involved in running the event and would like to talk about it before making a commitment, please give me a call. I have the judging forms and such already laid out on the computer, and have ordered the award ribbons from the AMA. All that is left to do is pick up the gift certificates from the hobby shop, buy the food, and host the event.
Please let me know if any one of you are available to host this annual TCRC event next Saturday.
